Q: I just bought season tickets? What now?

A: Firstly, thank you for purchasing season tickets and showing your support for this club. We value your continued support during these unprecedented times. All Season Ticket holders will have different options on what to do with their tickets. Our Account Executive Staff members will be calling Season Ticket holders during the coming weeks.

Q: I've decided to transfer my 2020 season tickets to 2021, do I get a season ticket holder discount for 2020 watch parties?

A: Yes! We always want to make sure we take care of our season ticket holders, so we have watch party package options. Reach out to our sales team at 520-600-3095 or sales@fctucson.com, and they will be glad to assist you!

Q: What about the home games?

A: FC Tucson’s season has been updated. Unfortunately, all games will be behind closed doors, which means no fans will be able to see the Men in Black take the pitch at Kino North Stadium. We are fortunate enough to be able to host Watch Parties at El Toro Flicks (Downtown location), where all FC Tucson supporters can gather in the safety of their cars and social distance while watching FC Tucson make its return to the pitch.

Please take a moment to look at El Toro Flicks FAQ for more information regarding CDC Guidelines. https://www.eltorotickets.com/faq/

Q: What is FC Tucson’s involvement in the public health process?

A: FC Tucson’s front office is working closely with the Pima County Health Department to ensure the safety of it’s players, staff and the Tucson community as a whole.

Q: How is FC Tucson dealing with COVID?

A: FC Tucson’s Club President Amanda Powers is part of the Leagues COVID Task Force which meets frequently to discuss safety protocols and COVID related issues. To ensure the safety of players in accordance with League protocols the players are tested on a weekly basis. The front office is also doing its part by following CDC and Local Public Health guidelines to ensure the safety of the staff, players, and the community as a whole.

Q: The league has decided to only stream matches and not allow fans into matches, what happens now?

A: The USL League One has looked at many alternatives to try to provide Futbol to all fans during this time. After careful consideration and multiple scenarios, the Board of Directors has decided that all matches will be played behind closed doors for the safety of everyone involved. Luckily, all matches are streamed live through ESPN+ where you can watch from the comfort of your home or you can attend our Watch Parties at El Toro Flicks (Downtown Location).

Q: How can I be of help in this situation?

A: The following are recommendations on how to limit the spread of COVID-19:

MASK UP TUCSON! Let’s work as a community to flatten the curve of COVID by wearing masks to protect the community around us. If you want to stop the spread of COVID and show your support to FC Tucson, look no further we have FC Tucson face masks available at https://shop.fctucson.com/

Avoid medical settings in general unless necessary. Please get in touch with your primary doctor before going in. Limit your time in these spaces, wear a mask, and social distance to ensure your safety.
