The former managing member and head coach of FC Tucson’s USL League 2 team returns to the club as Head Coach. Pearlman brings 25 years of coaching experience, including 23 in Tucson, as well as 10 years of USL coaching and management experience. As FC Tucson’s head coach and GM, Pearlman has helped 14 players realize their MLS dream and dozens more advance to the USL Championship. As a USL League 2 Head Coach, Pearlman had an 18-7-3 record, qualifying both FC Tucson in 2017 and OKC Energy U23 in 2018 for the prestigious U.S. Open Cup. He is a 1996 graduate of Union College in New York where he played 4 years, captaining the Fighting Dutchman his senior season. Pearlman has his USSF “A“ License and has worked for the last 10 years with U.S. Soccer as part of its youth national team scouting network. He is married to Shannon Pearlman, and has three children Nathan, Hannah, and Ella.
