TUCSON, Arizona (August 25, 2020) – FC Tucson has announced the promotional schedule for the remaining home games of the 2020 USL League One Season. From September 5 through October 17, FC Tucson will host seven drive-in watch parties at El Toro Flicks in downtown Tucson, allowing for socially-distanced events for fans to cheer their team toward a home-field victory.
FC Tucson will open the promotion nights on September 5th, celebrating National Tailgating Day with tailgating opportunities and a hot dog eating contest for the match against Richmond Kickers. This night kicks off a three-game home stretch with matches against North Texas SC on Saturday, September 12, and New England Revolution II on Wednesday, September 16.
FC Tucson will celebrate members of the Tucson community through Teacher Appreciation Night, #FuerzaFrontlineWorkers Night, Southern Arizona Heritage Night, Youth Soccer Night Pride Night and Fan Appreciation Night. Promotion nights will include opportunities for prizes and giveaways with a team poster giveaway on Saturday, September 12, ball giveaway on Saturday, September 26, and a magnet giveaway night on Saturday, October 17.
