TUCSON, Ariz. – USL League One announced on Monday the Team of the Week (TOTW) Presented by Cleer Audio for Week 5 of the 2021 regular season, with FC Tucson forward Deri Corfe earning TOTW honors for his goal against Forward Madison this past Saturday.
A good bit of instinctive play helped Corfe pounce on a Madison mistake to score his first goal for Tucson in the club’s home opener. The Chester, England native also passed at a 90 percent success rate.
Deri Corfe and FC Tucson (0-1-1) returns to action on the road on Sunday, May 16, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. FC Tucson will host a watch party for all May away matches at American Eat Co.
