TUCSON (April 2, 2019) — FC Tucson forward Guillermo Delgado and defender Austin Ledbetter werenamed to the first-ever USL League One Team of the Week for Week 1 of the 2019 USL League One season the league announced today.
On Saturday evening, Delgado scored two of the club’s three goals in a 3-1 victory over Orlando City B. He also recorded one assist.
Ledbetter, a member of FC Tucson during its USL League Two years, was a force on the defensive end. He won 6 of 8 duels while registering six clearances and six recoveries.
FC Tucson will be back in action on Wednesday, April 3rd when they travel to Statesboro, GA to face South Georgia Tormenta FC. Kickoff is set for 5 P.M. The match will be televised via ESPN+.
